  • Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and content created specifically for you.

  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content (text, images, videos) you provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from website downtime, hacking, or third-party issues.

  • Loss of profits or data due to technical errors beyond our control.

  • Any misuse of the website after delivery.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the project in writing.

  • Work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
